1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using ToolNest, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The service
ToolNest provides free, browser-based utilities for images, PDFs, developer tasks and calculations. All processing happens on your device. The service is provided free of charge and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the tools only for lawful purposes and only on files and data you own or are authorized to work with. In particular, the PDF password remover may only be used on documents you own or have explicit permission to modify. You are solely responsible for your use of the tools and for the content you process.
4. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Calculator results (EMI, tax, salary, GST and others) are estimates for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal or tax advice — verify important figures with a qualified professional.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolNest and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from use of the site — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Always keep backups of important files.
6. Intellectual property
The site design, text and branding are owned by ToolNest. Files you process remain entirely yours — we claim no rights over them (and never receive them in the first place).
7. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
